"Partially air-dried prior to crushing and fermentation (appassimento-style), the 2019 Tin Lids Shiraz Aria Secca hints at mint and dark chocolate, but the primary focus remains on the big, luscious b err fruit. Full-bodied an expansive but balanced by silky-textured tannins, this is a rich, luxurious wine in the mouth, lingering on the finish and adding notes of cedar, earth and mocha."
